SHAIKH COLLEGE OF EDUCATION CONDUCTED INTERCOLLEGIATE PATRIOTIC SINGING COMPETITION

Shaikh College of Education conducted its annual Intercollegiate Patriotic Singing Competition on the occasion of Independence Day at Shaikh Campus, Nehru Nagar, Belgaum. The programme began with a prayer song by teacher trainees Nikita and Rekha, followed by a welcome speech by Zeba. The event was inaugurated by the lighting of the lamp by the Principal, faculty
members and judges. Prof. Vivek Kulkarni explained the competition criteria. Dr. Vivek Kulkarni and Prof. Sheela Yellurkar served as judges.

Students from more than five colleges participated and showcased their talent through patriotic songs. Gogte College of Commerce secured the first prize, Jain Degree College won the second prize, and People Tree College secured the third prize. Principal Dr. I. P. Sutar presided over the programme and distributed the prizes. The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Afreen Badeghar. Organised by R&C Nominee Usha D.B., the programme provided an inspiring and enriching learning experience.
